Returns

We want you to have a great shopping experience with us but understand that ordering online can be tricky. If, for whatever reason, you change your mind and wish to return an item you’ve purchased, we have a 30 day refund policy. Items can only be returned if they are unopened and unused, with all seals and packaging still in place.

If items are faulty please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will organise a replacement for you on return of faulty goods. Please take photos of the fault and the box it arrived in if it is also damaged. We will advise if the faulty goods need to be returned. Do not dispose of faulty goods until advised to.

You will need a proof of purchase for any return or refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items:
Refurbished Coffee Machines
Any item not in its original condition or packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once we have received the item and your refund has been processed it can take between 2-5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to credit your account. Please note that we do not reimburse delivery costs when you return unwanted goods, we only refund the cost of the items returned. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It can take between 2-5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to credit your account.
